Teri
Teri is a four-player card game developed and published by Jyamun Corp OÜ. You can delete your Teri account, and the player data attached to it, at any time — from inside the app or by email.

There are two ways to delete. Deleting in the app is immediate and needs no approval from us. If you can no longer sign in, email us instead.
How to delete
Option A — recommended
Self-service and immediate. Nothing to wait for.
The word DELETE must match exactly — it is the guard on the one action you cannot undo. Your account and data are removed as soon as you confirm, and you are signed out.
Option B — by email
Use this if you have lost access to the account and cannot reach Settings.

Send it from that email address where you can — it is how we verify the request is yours. We reply within 7 days and finish the deletion within 30 days of verifying it.
What happens
Either route runs the same deletion. Here is exactly what it touches.

| A game already in progress | A live game is not deleted — three other players are still in it. Your seat is renamed “Deleted Player” and your avatar and title are cleared, so nothing identifying you stays at the table. |
| Reports you filed | Player reports and bug reports you sent are kept as safety and moderation records, so an abuse report cannot be erased by deleting the account that filed it. They are kept both in our database and in the copies delivered to our support mailbox through Resend, our email processor. |
| Crash logs | Crash and error reports collected by Firebase Crashlytics on mobile. They are diagnostic and expire on Firebase’s default schedule. Crash reporting is off on the web build. |
| Server logs | Technical logs written by Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions, which can include an IP address and request timestamps. They expire on Firebase’s default retention schedule. |
| Anything the law requires | Records we are legally obliged to retain, kept only for as long as that obligation lasts. |
There is no partial deletion. We do not hold player data that exists independently of your account, so there is no way to delete some of it and keep the rest — deletion is all-or-nothing. If you only want to change your alias, avatar, title, or background, edit your profile in the app instead; that does not require deleting anything.
