Privacy Policy

Teri is operated by Jyamun Corp OÜ (“the developer”). For any privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact us at jyamunadmin@gmail.com.

Teri uses Google Firebase as its backend infrastructure. Firebase is provided by Google LLC, whose privacy practices are described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.

• No ads. Teri does not run advertising and does not embed any ad SDK.
• No trackers. We do not use third-party analytics, attribution, or marketing SDKs. The only outside processor is Google Firebase, which runs the Game's backend.
• No sale of data. We never sell or rent your personal information.
• You can delete your data. See data retention and deletion below.

Data you provide directly. What we receive depends on how you sign in:

• Email / password: email address, and a securely hashed password (managed by Firebase — we never see or store your plain-text password).
• Google: account identifier, display name, email, profile photo URL.
• Apple / Game Center: account identifier, and any name or email you choose to share.
• Google Play Games: account identifier.

Every account is assigned a unique user ID (uid) generated by Firebase. You also directly choose an in-game alias, and select an avatar, title, and background from the items you own.

Data generated as you play.

• Coin balance and items you own (avatars, titles, backgrounds).
• Game statistics: games played, wins, and losses.
• Daily and weekly task progress.
• Session state: your current party and active game session, so you can reconnect after closing the app.

Data collected automatically.

• Crash and error reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics (on mobile), which may include device model, operating system version, and diagnostic logs. Crash reporting is disabled on the web build.
• Basic technical data normally processed by Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions to deliver the service — for example IP address in server logs and request timestamps.

What we do not collect. Contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, or camera access; payment or financial information (Teri has no real-money purchases); and any data via advertising or third-party tracking SDKs — we don't use any.

We use the information above only to:

• Create and secure your account and let you sign back in;
• Provide core gameplay — matchmaking, multiplayer sessions, parties, the shop, coins, and statistics;
• Let other players in your game see your alias, avatar, title, and background;
• Enable account recovery via email/password reset;
• Diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance;
• Prevent cheating, abuse, and violations of our Terms and Conditions.

• With other players: your public profile (alias, avatar, title, background, and in-game stats) is visible to other players you play with. Your email and account identifiers are never shown to other players.
• With service providers: Google Firebase processes and stores data on our behalf to run the Game (authentication, database, hosting, crash reporting). We do not share data with any other third party for their own purposes.
• For legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of players or the developer.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Passwords are hashed and managed by Firebase; the developer cannot read them. Access to game data is restricted by Firestore security rules so that players can only read and write data they are authorized to.

No system is perfectly secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your account and profile data for as long as your account exists. Crash logs and server logs are retained only for a limited period per Firebase's defaults.

To delete your account and associated data, email us at jyamunadmin@gmail.com with your in-game alias and the email address on your account. We will remove your personal data from our active systems within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data — you can edit your profile in-game;
• Delete your account and associated data;
• Withdraw consent and stop using the Game at any time.

Teri is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your data may be processed and stored on servers operated by Google Firebase in locations outside your country of residence. By using Teri, you consent to this transfer, processing, and storage.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated within the Game or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Teri after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
