Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Teri. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

• You sign in through a supported provider (Google, email/password, Microsoft, Apple/Game Center, or Google Play Games). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• One person may not maintain accounts for the purpose of cheating, abuse, or circumventing suspensions.

• Teri includes virtual coins and virtual items (avatars, titles, backgrounds) that can be earned or unlocked in the Game.
• Coins and items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the Game. Teri has no real-money purchases; coins cannot be bought.
• Coin balances and items are server-authoritative: our records are the final determinant of what you own.
• We may adjust, expire, or remove virtual items and coin balances — for example to fix bugs, balance gameplay, or address abuse.
• Virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Game, not sold. They may be lost if your account is terminated or the Game is discontinued.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Game's servers or infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game except as permitted by law;
• Choose an alias or profile content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing;
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other players or the developer;
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or game sessions that do not belong to you;
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content, reset profile fields, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Teri is a team-based card game. You agree to play in good faith. Deliberately sabotaging games, colluding to abuse matchmaking, going idle to force forfeits, or exploiting the reconnect or bot-fill systems may result in penalties up to account termination.

The Game, including its code, design, artwork, card assets, sounds, and the “Teri” name and branding, is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Game without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the content you provide, including your chosen alias. By providing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Game as needed to operate the service. We may remove or change content that violates these Terms.

• Teri is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game — including features, virtual items, or the entire service — at any time, with or without notice.
• We may update the Game and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, and updates may temporarily limit access.
• We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of Google Firebase, internet infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.

You may stop using Teri and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, harm other players, or misuse the Game. Upon termination, your right to use the Game and any virtual items ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, virtual items, coins, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim — which, for a free game, is zero.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Game or violation of these Terms.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at jyamunadmin@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter in the courts identified under governing law below, subject to any mandatory local consumer-protection or arbitration law that overrides this provision.

Your use of Teri is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Estonia, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the Game, and supersede any prior agreements on the subject.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• No third-party beneficiaries: These Terms do not create rights for anyone other than you and the developer.
